[Android] MatrixCursor.getBlob() のAPI Level

http://developer.android.com/reference/android/database/MatrixCursor.html#getBlob(int) のAPI Levelは1からになっていますが、実装されているのはAndroid 4.0からでした。 Android 3.2やAndroid2.3ではUnsupportedOperationException例外が発生しました。
